Surgelati, pesticidi, additivi chimici, confezioni di plastica, OGM e chissà cos’altro…la babilonia dell’alimentazione è quello che troviamo abitualmente nei nostri frigoriferi e sulle nostre tavole.
Nuclei familiari ristretti , ormai per lo più ridotti al singolo, stanchi della giornata lavorativa, con aria distratta, entrano nei supermarcati quotidianamente, alimentando le super-industrie del packaging e dei trasporti, per comprare mini confezioni di quello che ancora viene chiamato “cibo”…
Il CIBO dovrebbe essere nutriente, genuino e preparato con amore.
Sarebbe bello raccogliere ciò che mangiamo direttamente dal luogo in cui cresce e matura.
Sarebbe anche bello condividere questi momenti con qualcuno…
Nel 2009, da questa esigenza di aggregazione sociale, pratica e concreta, è nato il progetto “L’Ortolo”.
Pachamama è felice di annunciare la seconda edizione del progetto “L’Ortolo”.
L’Ortolo.2 si presenta con lo stesso spirito unitario di sempre ma si è ingrandito ed è meglio strutturato, grazie anche alla precedente esperienza fatta “sul campo”, nel vero senso della parola 
L’Ortolo Pachamama è biologico sinergico ed autogestito.
Dato che “l’unione fa la forza” basterà che ogni singolo dedichi due tre ore la settimana per il vantaggio di tutti.
I turni di ogni partecipante verranno decisi assieme, in base alle disponibilità di ognuno.
Settimanalmente il raccolto verrà distribuito in parti uguali ed in base alla stagionalità (ortaggi misti).
Chi partecipa all’Ortolo.2 sostiene e contribuisce ai progetti dell’associazione Pachamama; una minima parte della produzione(?) sarà destinata alla vendita diretta oppure attraverso G.A.S. (gruppo d’acquisto solidale), creando così una nuova, seppur piccola, realtà di consumo consapevole nel territorio.
L’Ortolo sarà organizzato e gestito dai soci Pachamama che abbiano espresso la volontà di partecipare al progetto tramite iscrizione entro il 25 Gennaio 2010.
Il numero dei partecipanti è a numero chiuso, rimangono pochi posti liberi, affrettatevi!
